Cancellation Policy

If you have purchased a 12-month rental subscription and wish to cancel, we request that you give us one month's notice of cancellation before the end of the subscription period. Otherwise the annual subscription will automatically roll over for a further 12-months.

The subscription plan consists of the rental of monitoring and alarm equipment plus 24/7 support provided by our professional response team. The monitoring and alarm equipment will at all times remain the property of TelecarePlus.

In the event of cancellation, we require you to return the equipment to us within 28 days of cancellation in the same condition it was dispatched to you. We will supply you with a Freepost Royal Mail collection bag to help you do this. Please ask us for details. In the event that we do not receive the equipment back within 28 days, we will be entitled to charge you a sum of £99.00.
